Excellent Progress

I'm happy to report that A is doing very well post op. She came home on the Friday evening after having had the operation on the Thursday. The drain came out and she was out of there like a shot. No problems once at home except she had a nasty case of feeling awful after too much codeine at one point. Now all the dressings are off and the wounds look pristine with no signs of any infection. A only has the occasional twinge of pain as the regular pain killers are holding off the worst. She's enjoying her recuperation.
I'm still anxious about the histology but there's nothing to be done about it we just have to wait. Mum and Dad came down to visit on Sunday just passed and it was great to see them and the fact they were coming spurred A into action and she got up and got dressed and hasn't looked back since.

My college work is on pause at the moment. I think I will give it until the end of the week before I get back in the saddle.
